There&#8217;s no information provided about the names or descriptions of those involved.  Despite television being a visual medium, no pictures.  Useless.  And not to dismiss the seriousness of kidnapping or anything, but is it really an emergency?  Most of these kidnapping emergencies usually are child custody disputes anyway, where the children aren&#8217;t in any imminent danger.<\/p>\n<p>Also, apparently the Emergency Broadcast System on cable television also cuts off cable Internet access.
