Drawing Month\">NaNoDrawMo<\/acronym><sup data-fn=\"d305353a-6a53-4e1b-b306-668410fbd91f\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#d305353a-6a53-4e1b-b306-668410fbd91f\" id=\"d305353a-6a53-4e1b-b306-668410fbd91f-link\">1<\/a><\/sup> challenge asks for 50 drawings in 30 days. Fortunately for me, the only requirement is quantity, not quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My original plan was to do 50 tiny drawings using the Pilot Hi-Tec C pen on a single side of 8.5&#8243;\u00d711&#8243; paper, but I decided that I wasn&#8217;t up to that challenge.  I instead chose to use two sheets of paper with 25 pencil drawings on each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s my progress at the midway point:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slimjimmy.com\/images\/art\/analog\/jdl-NaNoDrawMo-2012-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.slimjimmy.com\/images\/art\/analog\/jdl-NaNoDrawMo-2012-1.th.png\" alt=\"NaNoDrawMo 2012 doodles #1 thumbnail\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-footnotes\"><li id=\"d305353a-6a53-4e1b-b306-668410fbd91f\">NaNoDrawMo is inspired by NaNoWriMo (&#8220;National <em>Novel<\/em> Writing Month&#8221;), but &#8220;National Novel Drawing Month&#8221; doesn&#8217;t make sense.
